It's the middle of the winter, the days are short, its cold and wet and the weather is unpredictable. The perfect time to get depressed, but we aint, we got something ahead of us, its called Spring.!

Finally I found my domain name

After years of searching, I finally did it—I have my own last name as a domain name. It's somewhat surprising because my last name, Cornello, is not very common in the world. However, I do have family, and they already had the .nl extension for a construction business, and .com has been taken for a while.

Recently, I came across an opportunity for a .eu extension, and I seized it. I wanted to create a website to present myself to the rest of the world. Additionally, I have opinions, and I enjoy sharing them with others. It serves as a kind of timeline for me.

Fireworks in the Netherlands

In the Netherlands, there is a tradition of setting off fireworks en masse on New Year's Eve. Each year, from December 28th to December 31st, it is permitted for individuals aged 18 and older to purchase fireworks from specially designated stores.

The rest of the year, it is prohibited to possess or set off fireworks, but on New Year's Eve, it becomes a spectacle reminiscent of the movie "The Purge."

As a child, I too was fascinated by fireworks; there was something magical about doing something that wasn't allowed, although it was permitted on December 31st from 10:00 in the morning until 2:00 at night. However, we started a week earlier; we engaged in a significant trade of illegal fireworks, a practice that continues to this day.
