Years passed with ups and downs, but I was never very happy with myself and often struggled with depression. After 17 jobs and several depressive periods, I embarked on a new start with a new job, and it went terribly wrong. That was the moment I realized I really needed to seek help.
And I did. After a long waiting list, I had my turn with a psychologist, and it turned out I had ADHD, an emotion regulation disorder, and a form of Autism. After undergoing therapy and attending various courses, I began to understand myself and could work on my limitations, gradually transforming into a more positive person.
To this day, I continue working on myself and still receive therapy, but I am much happier now and know what I want to do – help people.
That's what I do today as a volunteer. Drawing from my own experiences, I have gained expertise in certain areas, allowing me to support others. This not only makes me feel valuable in society but also fills me with gratitude.
I want to thank Jacqueline.P for her help and support
